It's a joke - Anonymous employee SwimKids(UT) Employee Review

The owner Liz is poison. She is not as involved as she once was but she is still sneakily around in the background. She puts on a face to her employees saying they are family so she can get personal info to use it to her benefit. She would be an HR nightmare anywhere else... but they don't have an HR department because of their size. She would share personal information about employees with other employees. There is favoritism that is very obvious and you can see there is a strong religious pull in that. It is uncanny how big of a liar she is to not only herself but everyone she works with including the co-owner. Almost 90% of the employees felt micromanaged and dreaded when she came in. She doesn't trust her employees to do their jobs. She will log in remotely during all hours of the night making lists of items that need to be changed in the booking system so work is constantly redone. Or she will make changes on her own accord not realizing the havoc she causes for her employees. She has no spine and is extremely passive aggressive. She is not fit to manage or run the business side of her business. Her business would be more successful if she was never involved.
