      Lots of heavy lifting ahead to accomplish the goals in front of us. Rapid pace of change which may be challenging for some.

      Pros

      This is an amazing place to work! Everyone helps out and is supportive of each other.

      Cons

      Base pay is way below market. It is depressing to look at job titles/descriptions with people making 10 to 20k more than I make. As I continue to grow and contribute to the success of our company, I hope to see my compensation reflect the value I bring to the team and remain competitive within the industry.

On the compensation side, we’ve put a lot of work into building a transparent pay structure that’s benchmarked against market data and reviewed regularly. That said, we also know pay is personal, and sometimes people feel things differently than what’s on paper. If you’re ever feeling that your compensation doesn’t match your role or impact, I’d really encourage you to speak with your manager or someone else on the leadership team.
