Pros
1. The office was nice and clean. 2. Friendly people, with an annual Christmas party and BBQs every now and then 3. A recognizable name 4. They provide ashtrays to smoke outside. 5. There's plenty of work to go around, so that should equal job security.
Cons
1. Below average pay and benefits 2. Hard for office personnel to get a raise 3. Long hours for salaried workers; expect 50+ hours a week. 4. Some shady business practices when dealing with drivers. Some examples would be hiring illegal aliens, unfair pay policies, covering up bad driving records. 5. Most of the drivers and office workers are unskilled or entry level.
