      Good working environment in Singapore. If you're good the company will promote you, and the management is approachable and friendly.

      Cons

      Skills you acquire are relatively easy to find in the market, the company is making a very small margin on top of what they are earning from you so remuneration is limited.

      Pros

      The rank and file of employees are pleasant people with good technical skills. They are meticulous about the work they do and try to do a good job on each task.

      Cons

      The working environment is dreadful. There is a glass ceiling that seems about a kilometre thick. The Board seems to have no ambition to be anything but an average QS company. There seems little appetite for innovation.
