      Nice environment compared to different fashion company

      Cons

      Upper management always like to go by old school way. Never follow trendy stuffs. This company is family own business so they just adjust employees time whatever they want (5 days to 3 days to 4 days). Not full 40 hours a week guaranteed.

      Pros

      Eveyone nice to each other. All managers have maners. Less stress compared to orher fashioj compnay.

      Cons

      I see some people complaning about their salary but im satisfied.
