Ok - Head Office Swansway Garages Employee Review

Some friendly staff. Met some nice people

Got sacked after 4 weeks as I expressed I felt overwhelmed by work as I was still learning the process. The head administrator is a dragon and always talks about the swansway way. You are not allowed any personal items in the office and you are not allowed to ask for any help. I wasn't given any chance to fight my corner I was told the bullying directors didn't want me there so I was out. Glad to be out of the toxic environment
