Thank you for sharing some of your views on Sutherland. We find joy in celebrating the accomplishments of our employees, and are extremely grateful for their ongoing hard-work. Sutherland encourages its managers and supervisors to highlight those achieving greatness on the floor. On a more public note, our sourcing department runs a blog in which a “Platinum Performer” column is written weekly. (Find the link to the blog below)
Recently, Sutherland Global has implemented Extra Mile, an employee recognition program. Anyone employed at Sutherland can be recognized and/or awarded points by anyone else in the company. This program has taken off, and many have been using it to spread their appreciation!
As stated before, Sutherland strongly believes in promoting from within. We are constantly posting positions on our internal job board, and employees are encouraged to apply. LEAD programs are also available to those interested in advancing their careers within the company. Sutherland is extremely proud of the talent within its walls, and will continue to support the success and growth of its family.
