Pros
None, other than lower than normal pay for the job.
Cons
As someone who has an MBA and management experience, I was daily shocked at the intentional choice to defer managerial experience. Not only was there no job training for the positions by management (which makes sense as the managers don't know how to do the jobs), but they avoided any responsibility to correct the situations. So, the same problems that existed when I started at the company not only existed but had grown by the time I left the company. It is like they feel they hired to you to BRING order to their company and gig you if you fail to do that, while they take no personal responsibility for the chaos. Also, they promise things are about to improve, monthly, even as things get more and more out of whack. Privately, they state that they are not expecting stability for a considerable period of time. If you like being the only person in the company to solve problems on a daily basis with no support and no credit, this place might be for you. However, be aware that their reputation is such that being associated with this company will haunt your future job applications. The only reason I gave them one star is it won't let me give it a lower rating.
