Pros

Can’t think of anything else other than Remote work opportunity.

Cons

1. Very less projects 2. Vertical driven company who blames delivery always 3. No vision, no strong leadership 4. Vertical people think they are god and not willing to listen to other perspectives 5. Presales team is busy travelling the world but unable to bring business 6. They think only way to keep customers happy is to take them to costly restaurants for dinner and overpromise things which they can’t deliver ever. At the end people who are working on ground suffers 7. Always on hire & fire mode. One will be put of bench followed by initiation of NOD as they can’t give you project. 8. Senior leaders don’t have any expertise and vision to grow the IT business, their mindset is still BPO oriented. 9. Very dominating work culture. Senior leaders have ego issues and don’t even know how to treat others. They don’t have the courage to accept their mistakes and don’t think twice to play bad politics against their own people, people who are even at least few level down their designation. 10. This company will break your confidence in pieces and push you to depression for sure. 11. Nothing new to learn except how to save your job and stay silent 12. No standard operational structures, process 13. Get ready to be kicked off out of the company anytime 14. Level of politics can easily beat Indian national politics 15. Whatever you do, don’t expect more than 60-70% of PBI if you are above level 5

Pros

Remote work and great coworkers

Cons

Extremely low pay for the amount of work and the type of calls that you have to deal with. Lots of mircomanaging. Unrealistic metrics. Lack of knowledge and competency from leadership because at no point should your workers know more than you about the job itself. No care for unforseen life circumstances that affect your ability to work. Very stressful and mentally exhausting which often leads to burnout. No recognition for hard work and meeting metric goals. Too hard to get PTO approved. Tech and internal systems are always breaking which affects your ability to do your job. No one is ever on the same page which often leads to being given incorrect information. No room for growth or opportunities to go into other roles. Benefits are not that great. Mid health insurance plans, no 401K match, no parental leave, and no internet reimbursements. They'll sell you a fairytale in training so BEWARE.
