Pros

Most money I've ever made $73k although that includes hourly, bonus(which I worked hard for) and as much OT I could handle(my choice of course), Medical for single person only $30 month, relaxed call center, pretty much do whatever you want as long as you hit your goals and don't take advantage, awesome money, relatively low point of entry and easy to get hired. Getting a good QA score is the lynchpin to getting bonus. The process is absolutely abysmal, but just do it. Less is more, Keep it simple stupid. At times you will feel like an animatronic robot to give Meta what they want but it will pay off. Forgot what you know, and go with the flow....the call flow. If you have dogma, hangups and fancy pants marketing degrees this is not the job for you. However if you wanna make good $, are open to change, a lot of change, adapt quickly, not have too much pride to take direction then you will make money. Prolly the most supportive co workers I ever had. They saw in me what I could never and still can't (to a point lol) see. Rediculous amount of encouragement to move up to higher role consistently. Lots of OT opportunity if you choose.

Cons

Laid off Jan 2 because Meta canceled contract. We were told by management that it was not our fault. No notice but was given one month extra pay/bens. Horrible reputation but I will say it's not as bad as what the reviews say at least when I was there in the last two years. I get the feeling that this is sort of a long term temp agency as I have heard that since Sutherland works on contracts and the client can pull out any time. Although there was 401k, no match but they pay made up for it. Recruiter literally told me in interview you will receive 2 weeks of useless training you will never use and has nothing to do with the job, then thrown on the phones without training and given a book to figure it out and hit the ground running. I was turned off at first but was a blessing because not only he was absolutely right but I made the most money I've ever made the second year $73k.

Pros

Remote work and great coworkers

Cons

Extremely low pay for the amount of work and the type of calls that you have to deal with. Lots of mircomanaging. Unrealistic metrics. Lack of knowledge and competency from leadership because at no point should your workers know more than you about the job itself. No care for unforseen life circumstances that affect your ability to work. Very stressful and mentally exhausting which often leads to burnout. No recognition for hard work and meeting metric goals. Too hard to get PTO approved. Tech and internal systems are always breaking which affects your ability to do your job. No one is ever on the same page which often leads to being given incorrect information. No room for growth or opportunities to go into other roles. Benefits are not that great. Mid health insurance plans, no 401K match, no parental leave, and no internet reimbursements. They'll sell you a fairytale in training so BEWARE.
