The position can be emotionally demanding and draining, and it's important to have the ability to adapt quickly to SOP/protocol changes.

I was able to spend 2.5 years with Surrogacy Is. I have to say the work life balance is wonderful. When it comes to compensation, benefits, and employee appreciation- you won’t find better. I truly think they’re an agency that is always aiming to do the right thing. The team is amazing- coworkers become friends, and truly care about each other. Plus, the work you’re doing means something.

The industry itself has its challenges. It’s easy to burnout, think something/someone is a good fit and realize it’s not, etc. Turnover is a slight problem, but I do think the execs are aware and always aiming to improve their processes.
