Pros

This is a small company, which means there is a familial feel which I love. My coworkers are great, and the management team, every single one, truly cares about their employees as people. Some of the really negative reviews on here were left by people who didn't perform well or had bad attitudes in general, so take comments about the "company culture" with a grain of salt. Because this is a growing company, you will get a chance to wear a lot of hats, and your ideas may actually be taken into consideration. Great benefits too!

Cons

There need to be better systems in place and better communication between departments. Job security could be better, and because we're small, there is not much room for upward mobility. Management want to grow profits, but they aren't willing to invest the money it takes to grow a team capable of achieving those goals. It's a small company, but it has stayed small.

Pros

Flexibility, PTO, Coworkers, Remote work options

Cons

Absolutely everything else. The company has no vision, and no clear path forward. Starting at the top, there is a significant disconnect between the leadership of the company and operators at the bottom. Leadership has not set a clear direction for the company, and fails to address issues in a timely manner. There is no accountability for anyone in the company, and the lack of accountability has driven the company into its current situation. Problems are attributed to the market, to vendors, and to customers, when the reality is you have people leading the company who are not engaged, do not understand the product, and do not take responsibility for their actions, or lack there of. There are good people at the bottom operating the company and doing their best to keep things moving forward, but they are unsupported, and their efforts are not rewarded. Turnover is high, and employee morale is as bad I have ever seen it any company. There has been some turnover since covid and the company never seemed to recover. People are tired, and without some major changes, and some wins, the future is bleak.
