A culture based on absolute obedience to leadership not matter what, and keeping you mouth shut if you want to preserve your position. - Lack of transparency and backstabbing from leadership is something out of this world and the sad part is that most of the working level employees had no idea of the lies they were fed. - Unless you're a good brown-noser and have political game, you have no hope in being promoted.
