Flexibile, lots of shifts available, great communication
Cons
No pay for breaks, last minute changes, management can be quite demanding for some shifts, assuming due to client pressure. Some shifts requested to look after children with additional needs at the same base pay as working for afterschool clubs which is obviously a very different situation and much more demanding
