      Pros

      You make some great friends! The other teachers are awesome! Made some life long friends their, you bond over your shity situation.

      Cons

      Owner sucks! They ask you to stay late, and get mad if you can't, you make more money working at McDonald's. They use you and could care less about your life.

      The owners are very amazing and sweet and caring.

      Personally the distance Since I currently live forty five minutes away.

      Pros

      The other teachers there, were there because they really loved teaching. Not so much the politics that came with the job but the students.

      Cons

      The administrative staff and higher ups hire only from their group of friends and church friends. Their friends and family also get paid much higher despite their education, training, or years of experience.
