Pros
As much as I hate to say this, there are no pros that I can think of, unfortunately.
Cons
I have worked in Sunwell as a Project Manager. First of all, the pay is very poor and low, so don’t fall for it when they say the pay is competitive. Second, there is no growth in the place - the only approach is to join things together and hope and pray it works. When they get a project from a particular client, it is 99% unlikely that the client will come back for a future project - which speaks volumes.
Often times, the President would leverage things the Technicians say and downplay engineering and the Project Manager. But when it comes to blaming, they will always blame the Project Manager. Even people there dont hesitate to say that they blame Project Manager for everything. There is no training and there is no particular guidance ever for any projects. You are promised raises and you work hard accordingly, but the raises never come. But rather, they will threaten to deduct money from your pay if the President’s Mercedes tires go missing or if a pump goes missing.
Trust me, you don’t study in university to work for a place like this. Only take this job offer if you aren’t getting EI or you have no source of income.
