      Company has gone through a lot of change in the last 6-12 months in terms of the EMEA region - this has improved the region beyond recognition with better leadership and team moral - the team is getting widely recognised and noticed for all the right reasons across the business

      Cons

      Work life balance is sometimes a challenge Still some bureaucratic processes across the business which can be a challenge and frustrating A few departments are going through rebuilds so again it can be challenging
