Good environment and good leadership - Customer Service Representative Summitt Energy Employee Review

Well, working with customers and trying to retain them and diffuse complaints over the phone is not good if customers are not your passion. The shift is not good but hey is your choice accept or not… and salary is not the best it's very basic but the experience overall is good!! I think is good for young people or for a transitional Job but the night shift does not allow to continue exploring option due to the schedule… 12:00 to 8:00 pm kills your day.
