Pre-2010, but the drop down didn't go back that far - Associate Sullivan & Worcester Employee Review

Pros

Very good hands-on legal experience for junior attorneys, although when work dries up, they would blame you for not billing enough.

Cons

Although this was years ago, many of the same partners are still there. Management with rage issues and open misogyny. Heard one partner tell a junior associate she was wearing "F--- Me Heels." All the women in my team left the firm, although that was par for the course in law (maybe still is).

Pros

- Great leadership, no micromanagement. Management trusts that you can complete what you have to on time and meet project deadlines. - Team support. It's a small team, but everyone is willing to help when the time comes no matter what the task - Fair pay. Pay is based on merit and results so if you put in the work and prove your worth to the Firm you will be compensated for it. - Flexibility. Management is willing to work with you to help you figure out a hybrid schedule that best works for you and the Firm. - Always hiring for legal, admin roles, etc. The Firm seems to be expanding so new opportunities seem to pop-up frequently.

Cons

- Lack of cross-training and backup support to main job role. This leads to being on-call most of the time if something were to occur to matter what time.
