- High turn-over rate. - The bonus structure has changed in 2022 (was better before the change). - There are major problems with management here (see below). 1. The management team is very cliquey. 2. The management team micro-manages. 3. The management team does not communicate well with the rest of the team. 4. If someone complains about someone in management - nothing happens. They all stick up for each other.
