Pros

Met some great people (that all quit) Gained some valuable skills due to the unreasonable workloads they expected of us

Cons

This employer is unethical and shows clear favoritism toward family members and close friends of the owners. Jobs are rarely posted or announced to everyone — they’re quietly given to people with personal connections. The workload is overwhelming for barely above minimum wage, and promised raises or promotions never happen. There are nearly no benefits to working for this company. Even the paid holidays are a joke. Management pays long-term friends to leave positive reviews to boost ratings, while ignoring real employee concerns. They’re dishonest with clients, often avoid paying bills, and being sent to collections. They knowingly break contracts and make up their own rules. There’s no fairness, transparency, or integrity in how this company operates. Their policies are outdated. They will take your ideas or hard work and not give you credit. They have had many lawsuits filed against them in the last few years. The management team is unprofessional and talks about employees to people they have no business sharing these things with. (I know first hand, I was someone they talked to)

Pros

I had some truly great co-workers.

Cons

The owners are extremely out of touch with how to run a business in 2025. The office culture is toxic, the moral is as low as it can go, but the owners don't see the problem. The company has less than 50 employees and they've lost 20+ in the last two years because they simply do not care about their employees and at this point can only seem to find temps willing to work for them. You get a raise once per year (if your manager even bothers to do your review) and it is never more than 80-90 cents. After working there for 3 years I never made more then $23/hour which in California isn't much more than fast food workers. There is zero flexibility for remote work unless your one of their very few favorites and/or related to the owners otherwise, you're stuck in the office 40 hours a week for a job that requires zero in person interaction and could be done from anywhere/anything that has internet access. There are a lot of negative things I could say about working for SuiteAmerica but I'd be here all night. If you're considering working here, just do yourself a favor and read all the recent reviews. And while you're reading them keep in mind that literally the only positive reviews are the ones they asked people to write.
