Sugarfina Employees and the temp agency employees are rude and don't have not ability to teach or train. They hire and fire daily, and when you ask questions about the job it's a problem. They don't know how to work as a team and they only complain about certain people talking too much. I have never been to a job site and felt like a prisoner, I never been a trouble maker either. Everyday there is something new to complain about regarding myself, when I stay humble and try to work fast, since this is my fourth week. Some of the races are very prejudice and the company does nothing about it, I have been having nightmares that I have been asked to not return. I thought when you do your job you have nothing to worry about. Not at this company, if you are a serious worker don't wast your time, the leads/supervisors sleep with the co-workers anyways.
