Business outlook
Pros
Suffolk has hired some good people recently.
Cons
So much training is required that people are often trying to figure out when they can find the time to do the job they were actually hired to do. Shortage of staff on projects which in combination with the unusually high level of standard operating procedures makes most people work 12 to 14 hour days plus weekends. Work/life balance is a gimmick for show and doesn't truly exist. If you have a family or even just value spending time with loved ones, then this company should be avoided at all costs. As soon as the economy turns for the better, I will be leaving and they may well have a mass exodus of good people.
