The students are the shining aspect of SuchAVoice. There are lots of genuinely interesting human beings who come through the program. Ownership and staff are professional and curate an upbeat community.

Pay is low. And mostly contract/hourly. Not sure where these other numbers come from but if true, maybe MY pay is low (while being massively over-qualified). Pay is probably higher for admin, sales and marketing than anything related to VoiceOver. But those things also matter more to the business survival. That's reality. SuchAVoice didn't make the Earth, they're just stuck on it.
