      It would be best to get your RBT license before applying for the job as the pay is lower if you do not have it and the management stretches the process out. It did not feel like they had their employee's best interests in mind even though during the hiring process they made it seem like they would help you get your RBT within 2-3 months of employment.

      The clients were the best part of this job.

      There’s too many to mention, but I can start by saying that employees are not valued at the Charleston location. Hours are constantly cut because the boss lets the parents show up whenever they want. No holiday pay. Admin pay was reduced, which didn’t matter because we barely received admin pay. Just many unkept promises from the boss, which is very unfortunate. If you like to receive hours and feel valued, do not work here. Not worth it
