Pros
-Freshers have the best opportunity they can get to learn more stuffs in a minimal time. -Trainees are given on the job training very early which will give them a hands on experience in a project. -I had started off as a trainee here and joined this firm 3 years back and it has been a smooth journey for me since all have been very supportive here. - Apart from good learning opportunities there is always a push from the managers to climb up the ladder and take up responsibilities that creates a competitive environment here. - Management encourages all the employees to take up certifications and provide a good percentage of reimbursement for it as well. -Management is very concerned about the core values of the company being implemented here which is remarkable. -Working hours are flexible since all are provided with laptops once the probationary period is up. -Leave policies are very good compared to other competitors. - Good pay scale.
Cons
- Infrastructure isn't that good. But the management has promised to do renovations and complete it in a year itself. - Canteen facility isn't there but beverages like tea, coffee etc are available for free. -No trips arranged.
