The Studio has a work culture where teamwork is prioritized and creating bonds as if we were family. This gives a work environment of continuous dialogues, feedback, internal reviews and continuous improvements. Hakuna works mainly for foreign companies and Startups, which results in being always aware of new trends in techno market ; so the level of work is very high and competitive giving lot of possibility of growth and learning for creatives. The Studio stands out a lot in Digital Design, prioritizing design over all things. This is complemented by a multidisciplinary development team, which generates the "Core" of Hakuna where the visual and the correct implementation of the designs are mainly highlighted. Great social environment and lots of growth possibilities for employees. Very outstanding in design and focusing more and more on this.

If i have to target a disadvantage, it goes hand in hand with a great advantage, which is mainly the exponential growth that Hakuna had in the last time. The great challenge is that this growth in the number of employees and customers, will not lose the culture and work environment that the Studio has always prioritized.

This studio is full of very talented designers and developers. They work a lot in building a great remote culture, working with partners in different parts of the world, building relationships and tailor made teams that adapt to every need. They have a strong culture with values such as fellowship and clear communication. People behind Hakuna's decision making processes are very human and great listeners!

This studio has grown a lot in the past year and is working on new processes that will help that growth.
