Revolving door company with no training whatsoever - Sales Support Studco Building Systems Employee Review

It is a fantastic company to work for. Co-workers are friendly and very helpful. If you need help or something to perform your role, the company won't hesitate to supply it to you.

It gets pretty busy at times.

This is a smaller company but a growing company with an amazing group of innovative people. Upper management is always willing to hear new thoughts and ideas from staff and that is why this company will continue to be successful in my opinion. The Studco workplace is very modern and upscale looking. You will wear many hats at Studco as it relies on its employees to do things that can be outside of your normal functions. I put this as a positive because this allows you to learn new things which can only help an individual's career. I enjoyed my time at Studco and the only reason I chose to leave was due to an opportunity that allowed me to be home more or I would still be there!

As I noted above, Studco is a growing company which means that things change often as the company continues to grow and learn. This requires a person to be able to adapt to new changes and be able to function and get things done promptly in a fast paced environment. This can be a "con" for certain personalities.
