High politics. People will make you feel dumb as if you don't know anything. There is no training or knowledge given to new employee regarding the project they expect to learn on themselves in a short span of time. They will hire for developer and make use of resources as an tester. This organisation is cheating people by giving fake designation. You can see politics from CEO level to bottom level. Old employees feel as if it's their own company and bully new employees. After certain period of time working here one will loose self confidence and get's demotivated due to unsupportive team members, TL,DH. HR conducting social Saturday but it's of no use. They are not connecting employees. If you really want to spend good time with employees celebrate fun Friday atleast employees will enjoy it. HR should expand their thinking capacity and see how to increase diversity in the work place. Not a good organization to work with.
