Pros
The job was remote, which is a plus.
Cons
Content at the time I worked there was managed by one of the owners, who was also in charge of coding. She spent a majority of her time with that team and only checked in ocassionally with content (which was only me and a guy who made videos). This meant a) she was used to doing all the content work and very particular about how it was done even though her SOP notes were a disaster, and b) she only came in to review many articles in batches, which meant if you weren't aware of how something should be done a certain way, it was done wrong in all of them and she sounded pretty upset by the 5th one, even though she wasn't there to tell you otherwise before you did five.
The calendar of tasks was very full. There was very little gratitude when things were done right. Very little communication. And since you're the only one on the team but in the group chat with all the others, it felt pretty lonely. There was no one to ask questions except the owner who was busy, and no camaraderie or friends to make at work. Ended up being lonely, demanding, and felt like you're always doing everything wrong and nothing write. Disheartening. Ended up getting divorced through this time and then in a car accident and decided to quit because of how bad the job made me feel.
