      Servicing multiple accounts daily while traveling the countryside. 4.5 to 5 day work week. Always a challenge with new projects. Travel overnight usually 1 night a week

      Cons

      Being on the road means not as close to home as needed sometimes. Company changes processes too much at once

      Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

      Cons

      Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

      Pros

      Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

      Cons

      A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
