Pros
Great co-workers, mentoring, collaborative atmosphere, nice managers to work under. Hybrid work situation and social office. Room for career growth. Company is established in the pharma market research space but still feels like a small company. Stable career (no fear of layoffs).
Cons
Location in Princeton isn't ideal for most people, but it's hybrid now so not too bad. At times, it can be very busy causing extra hours, but from what I've heard from people working at bigger consulting firms, we don't have it as bad. Pay and benefits are decent but could be better.
