Pros
A lot of nice people ,possible lasting friendships if you're open to it. Great CEO, one of the nicest I've ever met. Great place to hone your skills, most work is easy to learn, some people here don't even have a high school diploma and are making good money. You normally don't see a lot of reviews on a company this size, only disgruntled workers that have probably been fired for valid reasons and want to bash it out of pettiness. I obviously beg to differ, because their experiences don't mirror mine. I've had a great time working here, the pay is okay, and as of this year they've been pushing out the bad eggs.
Cons
Some of these reviews are not all fabricated. One might use exaggerated to better describe them. There were a lot of bad eggs (Sales Officers) walking around here, but as of the new year they're gone. They used to keep people on board even if they were no good at their job (nepotism), but that too is no longer being done. Also true is that there is not that much training, mostly because they try to hire experienced workers. If you don't make the cut you most likely get the ax, that's just the way it is now. They have a vision of where the company needs to be and those who are not skilled enough, or don't put in their fair share are asked to leave. I'm sure you would do the same if put in that position. My point in the end would be to take it with a grain of salt, and consider the source before writing it off entirely. We have a lot of ultra-sensitive people here, hence the number of bad reviews, and comments on here. PS. The "nepotism" person was here for about a month, and took a two week vacation during that period and just never came back. "underwriter" wasn't good at his job so they had to let him go, it happens.
