Pros
They pay well because they have to due to the rapid nature of turnover that occurs constantly. In a word, it becomes intolerable.
Cons
Both operationally and procedurally, management is horrid. Nothing will ever truly be remedied or corrected unless some part of management is fired or listens to real change. The hours are wretched and erratic. By far the worst mistake I ever made in my career was working for these charlatans.
