Pros
Flexible hours, easy work, no customer service, very independent work.
Cons
No pay raises unless you train for much harder workloads, part-time only and hours are severely cut during slow months September-January. Weekly video meetings where higher-ups complain the whole time about various things that make people feel bad or are generally useless. Not constructive.
