      Pros

      Central Orange County Location. Support Staff is very friendly but also very limited in terms of any kind of decision making. Milling department is excellent and customer focused, they do everything they can to make things happen.

      Cons

      The company is painfully stodgy and conservative. There is one sales person who has the title of Sales Manager. Expert salesman but clueless regarding the management of sales and sales people. Absolutely no direction and a demotivating personality. Probably the most cynical person I have ever met in the industry.

      Pros

      The only pro for me, is that I am no longer punching the clock for them!

      Cons

      Grossly unprofessional, underhanded to the point it's almost criminal, and disorganized to a hilt! They don't want to pay what the position pays and they don't want to invest in their equipment which would assist with productivity in the long run.
