Pros
- Goals. It is because of goals and their implementation in the company's projects I very much wanted to be part of it. (Study through playing, education processes in schools.) - Team. A lot of high skilled people will help you with tough tasks and objectives. - Tasks. Dedicated and clear. With a lot of help and collaboration. - Work schedule & management. It's realy great. Even if you work from the other part of the world you will never crash your life with late night meetups. All such thing are maanged good. - Stability. Timely payment for external workers, personal growth. - Project level. Good code base across projects.
Cons
- Sometimes missunderstandings can happen (It's okay, and happens in every company), but that depends not only on team in what you are working in, but also on each individual worker. Glad to say, that I didn't come across such personally, because I am very friendly and preffer to omit conflicts. So if you are at least a bit alike, you will hardly encounter disadvantages.
