The HR Manager lacks empathy and a basic understanding of employee concerns. There are consistently tight deadlines and constant pressure which makes the environment stressful. Although Saturdays are presented as optional during interviews employees are expected to work, and overtime is implicitly required. Leaving on time is often frowned upon making employees feel judged or labeled as unproductive. The founders, despite being aware of how problematic and unstructured the upper management is, does not take any action or address these issues. Please dont join this company. You will have no work life balance
