Pros
I enjoyed working here a lot, even though the days were often long and you found yourself in many stressful scenarios, it was a great experience to have. Oh, and the pay is more than fair for the work you are doing.
Cons
Where I worked in Philly, there were only really 3-5 weeks of work during the summer. A huge rush in the beginning and another huge rush at the end. This can be a good thing though for people who want to work a ton for 3-5 weeks and then have their summer relatively open. You can make a lot of money in those weeks.
