Pros
Some of the people are very nice, and relatable. If I had stayed, I could have seen myself making lifelong friends.
Cons
The lead of the creative department will try to gaslight you, downplay your accomplishments, never stop talking about any mistake you made regardless of how long ago it occurred, and frowns upon any learning that occurs on the job. I created over 20 emails for them, worked on 5-6 websites for clients, had 3 Wordpress projects; all within the span of 1.5 months, and I was fired due to taking a bit of extra time on one Wordpress site that absolutely no one else knew how to fix. I could have asked one question to the contractor they hired (who was already basically a full-time employee there, but of course this was probably so they could pay him less) to fix the thing in minutes, but they just kept blaming me for this one mistake like a broken record until they fired me out of the blue one day. My favorite flaw with the Creative department is that they gave a Mac so that they could control my environment better - specifically for that reason, despite me having less experience with one. I had issues deploying to one of their clients sites *due to a local permissions issue, which is a classic environmental issue* and yet they blamed me for it instead of helping me with my environment, which was the whole purpose of the Mac is the first place! Funnily enough, this happened again on the day I was fired. I would have rated the CEO higher, but I just can't bring myself to do that when he's so oblivious as to what's going on with the Creative Department (or just didn't care), although he seemed like a nice guy.
