      Pros

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Board is top heavy and cares only about their wallet. HR a HOT mess, no one knows what is going on and doesn't care to find out. Morale what morale? Felt like sheep to the slaughter. RUN as fast as you can in the opposite direction and do not look back. So glad to be out of that.

      Good people, good work, if you get your work done and work done well no micromanagement.

      Cons

      Requires long hours, late nights, etc. to succeed must be able to work hard.

      Pros

      It is technically a big law firm, while still having a mid-sized law firm feel. It pays just under the market price for its main offices. The firm is a hybrid environment with Tuesday through Thursday in office.

      Cons

      It can be hard to get work as a litigation associate because you are put in a general group and have to search for your own work from partners.
