Pros
Company encourages diversity through dress code (gives 50% discount, as well as free pairs); everyone is encouraged to showcase their unique style through fashion forward trends. At the store level I am even able to stream my own music depending on the mood of the store. The company is small enough that I can call my Allocaor, LP Director, etc. by first name... I'm not just store #XYZ. The company sends out weekly recognition for store KPI's & sales, as well as personal recognition for top achievers which I think is great.
Cons
The company has not given annual raises the last 3 years, which is hard to stay motivated in helping increase sales for your boss. There are no quarterly or even annual team meetings in which management teams can bond & share knowledge within their district. There is not a formal District Manager in Training program so once you're a Store Manager you are kind of stuck with growth opportunities (besides moving to a higher volume store).
