Pros
The people who have been at the company for years are sweet and the office does convey a communal feel. The discount and sample sales are also a plus.
Cons
Crazy hours, unimaginable workload, always the highest sense of urgency, no room for error, no guidance or help as well. Also many of the execs are slow to change, and the not receptive to change or feedback. Definitely would not recommend staying working here, go somewhere else that is forward thinking, pays well and supports you as an individual to boost morale.
