Pros
There are no good reasons to work (waste your time) here. I pity the place and would almost feel bad for upper management if they were decent human beings. Nothing good here, folks.
Cons
It is easier to list the pros about the company (which include nothing). The turn-around rate is very high. This includes the firing of employees for petty and startling excuses in addition to employees leaving for better jobs. The salaries are at the very bottom tier of expected salaries for each position, as in, they are the outliers that bring down the averages within the industry. The hierarchy is unfair and favoritism is extremely prevalent. Unethical behavior and lack of integrity is commonplace among upper management nor does professionalism exist within upper management. It is an "every man for themselves" type of environment where no one is to be trusted and anyone can turn their back on you for their own interests at a moment's notice. In order to succeed in a company such as Stern + Associates, you must be as every bit of evil and egocentric as the people that call the shots. Essentially, if you survive at this company, you are or will turn into a sneaky and deceitful human being.
