- Everyone I've worked with at Steplab has been incredibly friendly and has shown a genuine interest in myself and my work - The work is exciting and there's a strong culture of getting stuck in and taking ownership - Leadership is very visible and goes to great lengths to thank team members individually for the work they do - A social team that makes a clear effort to include all members of the team whether they live local to the office, work primarily remotely or are new to the team
