Thank you for your review. We are in the process of implementing block scheduling for a number of newer clients, as appropriate. We agree with this employee feedback. We do provide a library of resources for staff to check out and use in their sessions. We also provide technology tools and gamified learning for staff to utilize. We would be happy to learn how we can better socialize these resources, so staff can best utilize these supports.

They really helped me with anything I needed whether it be sick days, if I needed support at my job site, and my BCBA Peyton was such a phenomenal team player. I’m so grateful to have worked for a company that did everything they could to help me succeed even after I left for personal reasons. They want to build you up and help you grow and it’s hard to find companies like that now a days.
Cons
If I had to say anything, the only minor issue is the lack of *advanced* safety training for the more complicated cases
For a startup company new to this area, I think the company has put a lot of effort into being a competitive agency that rewards the staff that perform well and are big on company morale and quality care to the clients. The pay is the highest rate I have received for being an RBT. Management is helpful and even though most of them are in a different region, everyone so far is very responsive to my needs.
Cons
I have no concerns with Step1 at this time. I think this is a great place to work
