      The BCBAs and BTs are exceptional professionals, and I hope they receive the recognition and treatment they deserve.

      Cons

      The management shows little interest in fostering the professional development of their employees. Burnout is a significant issue in this workplace. I would strongly discourage anyone from seeking employment here, as the owners contribute to a genuinely toxic atmosphere.

      Step Up has amazing benefits. They will treat you right on paper, and you will be financially secure.

      Cons

      The management is horrible. The owners micromanage and Erik specifically loses his temper. He makes rash decisions, talks down to you, and you have to suffer the consequences. It was a very hostile work environment because of them.
