      Pros

      My group of employees are highly qualified, hard working, and intelligent. Their leadership skills and drive are impeccable. We have top notch skill levels in the medical services industry - focusing on specialties in Ambulatory Surgery Centers. We specialize in operations management, sales, marketing, and business development for each center serviced and operated nationwide. We also invest and/or consult with them as partners.

      Pros

      Culture is collegial and successful. The entire senior management group treats everyone with respect for the solid work that they perform daily

      Cons

      Though there is a solid work-life balance, everyone is expected to perform with excellence when on the job, always. Managing Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) in all facets - operations, sales, marketing, advertising, public relations, and importantly managing the surgical staff...can be a daunting set of tasks...and the culture here is all about surgical/patient care excellence. So the con is, if you cannot dedicate yourself fully, this is not for you.
