Everyone was nice and the benefits were good.

The pay is low and increases are small

You have the freedom to put what activities you want on your calander as long as they are well thought out and good for your floor.

-Management does not listen to any concerns workers have and brushes them off. -You are encouraged to change activities if the residents don't enjoy the original activity, but it's noted every time you aren't sticking to your schedule. -Management lacks simple communication skills between themselves and employees.
