-Management that doesn't train you and expects you to know ho to do your job without training.
-Management that is never there and never available.
-Management that barely answers your questions.
-You'll be written up and given 30 days to improve, be told that you get an extra week because you're on vacation, and they will fire you before the 30 days are up.
-Management and admin staff (T.D.) that will talk about you behind your back and also glare at you when you walk by and treat you horribly.
-If you aren't doing well due to lack of training from your manager, rather than move you into a new role that's open where you understand the job better and can better perform, they will tell you no and offer it to someone that doesn't know what they are doing simply because their family works for the company.
